Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ For New Components

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels.

  • Product must be in resellable condition.

✅ For Used/Refurbished Components

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The component must be in the same condition as delivered.

  • Components must not be physically damaged or tampered with.

  • All warranty seals/stickers must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents.

  • Components that were altered or modified.

  • Software or digital items (if sold).

  • Clearance or final sale items marked "Non-Returnable."

  • If the Components are in working condition when received, The components will be shipped back with extra shipping charges.

3. Warranty Policy

  • New Products: Manufacturer warranty applies. We will assist in forwarding claims where applicable.

  • Used Products: We offer a limited testing warranty of 3 days from the date of delivery. Beyond that, no warranty applies unless specified.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item. If eligible:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for used products may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%) depending on the condition of the returned item.

5. How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/video evidence (for defects/damage)

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.
6. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
